Terms & Conditions – Sparkle House
1. What is Sparkle House?
Sparkle House is an online cake and bakery service brand offering freshly baked cakes, desserts, and customized bakery products. By placing an order on our website or through our official communication channels, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to all orders placed with Sparkle House.
2. Delivery Timings
Same-day delivery orders must be placed before 5:00 PM.
Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for next-day delivery.
Our standard delivery window is 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
We do not guarantee exact delivery times. Customers may request preferred delivery timings in the Special Instructions section, and we will try our best to accommodate them.
Delivery timings may be affected during festivals, peak seasons, extreme weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, order cancellation will not be possible.
3. Discounts & Offers
All discounts and promotional offers are decided solely by Sparkle House.
Multiple offers or discounts cannot be combined unless clearly mentioned.
4. Address Change Policy
Changes to the delivery address are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery at no additional cost.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted, and the order will not be cancelled.
Address changes are not possible once the order has been dispatched.
5. Order Modification & Cancellation
Order changes (design, flavor, size, message, etc.) can be requested up to 48 hours before delivery, subject to price adjustment.
Changes requested after this time will not be entertained.
Cancellation charges of 5% may apply on approved cancellation requests.
6. Product Appearance Disclaimer
Cake designs and decorations may slightly vary from images shown on the website due to availability of ingredients, seasonal factors, or local vendor variations.
Substitutions, if required, will be of equal or higher quality.
Color variations in flowers, icing, or decorations are considered acceptable.
7. Service Complaints
Any complaint regarding delivered products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Customers must contact Sparkle House via call, WhatsApp, or email with proper details and images (if applicable).
8. Delivery Rules
a) Delivery will be attempted only once.
b) The order will be considered delivered in the following cases:
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
Recipient unavailable
Premises locked
Incorrect contact details
Recipient refuses delivery
Delivery made at gate, reception, or neighbor as per situation
No re-delivery or refund will be applicable in these cases.
9. Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary due to ingredient or design availability.
Any substitutions will maintain the same theme, style, and value, ensuring customer satisfaction.
10. Duplicate Orders
If duplicate orders are detected, Sparkle House will attempt to contact the customer.
If the customer is unreachable, Sparkle House reserves the right to make the final decision.
11. Fraudulent Activity
Sparkle House reserves the right to cancel or reject any order suspected of fraudulent activity, misuse, or unethical behavior without prior notice.
12. Recipient Unavailable
If strict instructions are provided to deliver only to the intended recipient and the recipient is unavailable, the order will be considered delivered and no refund will be issued.
13. Courier Orders (If Applicable)
Courier-shipped items may take 3–9 working days depending on product availability and location.
Delivery timing cannot be guaranteed for courier orders.
14. Right to Refuse Service
Sparkle House reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at its sole discretion.
15. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, along with our Cancellation & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between Sparkle House and the customer.
17. Communication Consent
By placing an order, you consent to receive transactional and promotional calls, messages, WhatsApp updates, and emails from Sparkle House.
18. Feedback & Quality Assurance
To ensure quality service, Sparkle House may contact the recipient to collect feedback.
19. Fraud Prevention & Legal Action
Any unethical or fraudulent order activity may be reported to relevant authorities, and Sparkle House reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement agencies.
20. Account Deletion (If Applicable)
Customers may request account deletion by contacting Sparkle House. Account access will be terminated within 30 days of confirmation.
